Each child is partnered with only one Foster Parent or couple, so that the relationship between Foster Parent and child is more personal and can be built over time. Becoming a Foster Parent to one of CCT’s children involves providing for their primary needs on a monthly basis. The cost of full sponsorship depends entirely on the individual child and their needs. The costs are broken down into the following categories: food, medical treatment (including daily multivitamins), school materials, clothes, private home tutoring in Maths, Khmer and English, art class, Traditional dance class, music class and sports training.
The cost of becoming a Foster Parent to one child currently
ranges between US$100 and US$150 per month or AU$110 and AU$160 per month.
