Recycling Plastic Bags

This workshop is being run by Andrea Muller, an interior and industrial design student from Germany.

Workshops are being held at the community center, the CCT houses and the Transition houses. The kids are learning how to transform used plastic bags from around Battambang Town into postcards, beads/jewellery, flowers and hair accessories. Chorn, CCT's art teacher, has been learning the skills too and is really excited about incorporating these 'green' art classes into the kids curriculum.

The kids are very excited about generating their own beads for the jewellery programme.
